Returns & Exchanges
We accept return and exchange requests within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must have been purchased directly from ReliefWell.in.
- A valid order number must be provided.

Important Requirement
A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Missing items
- Incorrect products received
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our support team within 5 days of receiving your order.
Once the return request is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product while we process the return of the original item.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:
- Product received is defective.
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Product is not functioning as intended upon delivery.
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase whenever possible.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with the product price.
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.
- Minor variations in product appearance that do not affect functionality.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number.
- Provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
